Q. How can I change my password?

A. In order to keep your account as secure as possible, we recommend changing your password on a regular basis. You can do this by logging into your account and clicking on the ‘My Profile’ section, followed by the ‘Change Password’ link. You will be prompted to enter your existing password, followed by the new password which you wish to change it to.

Q. What should I do if I forget my password?

A. If you forget your password, there’s no need to panic or contact our Support team. You can retrieve it yourself by clicking this link Simply follow the on-screen instructions which will require you to enter the email address you used to register with Biscuit Bingo , followed by the verification code shown underneath. We’ll then automatically send an e-mail to this address which will allow you to reset your password instantly.

Q. What should I do if I forget my account details and do not have access to my e-mail?

A. Contact our Customer Service team, who will take you through our security checks (such as name, date of birth, home address) and, once they have verified you are the true account holder, they will remind you of your log-in details.

Q. What should I do if my account details are invalid?

A. If you notice that any of your account details are invalid, please contact our Customer Service team immediately so that they can amend them for you. By not updating your details, you run the risk of permanent or temporary disconnection.

Q. How can I verify my Bingo Account?

A. A bingo account can be verified any time by sending your valid photo id proof and front copy of credit/debit card by which you have made transaction at accounts@bestbingonetwork.co.uk. Management/Admin has rights to withhold any pay-out or Winning amount until the identity of the winning person is verified to the satisfaction.

Q. What all documents are valid for verifying a Bingo Account?

A. As per the withdrawal Terms & Conditions players required to verify their identity before a withdrawal can be made from their account. The purpose of this validation process is to prevent potential online fraud.

Primary Documents:

Photo ID: A copy of a current photo ID is required for your first withdrawal request. This photo ID can be in the form of a copy of a Passport, Driver's License or National ID card. Please ensure that your name, expiry date, date of birth, and photograph are visible on the documents.
Copy of Credit/debit cards: A copy of the front of the credit card used to fund your account is also required. Should you choose to fund your account using multiple credit and/or debit cards, you may be asked to supply copies of more than one card. You may block the middle six numbers of the card copy.
Proof of address: In few circumstances like cheque payment, you may be asked to provide documentation which validates your home address. This may be in the form of a utility bill or a credit card statement.
Note: In some cases, depending on the payment method used to fund your account, you may be asked for one or a combination of the aforementioned documents, or additional documents not included in the list above. These documents may be requested at any point during your Bingo membership.
In order to secure the transmission of the documents we recommend that you send them in separate emails. With regards to credit cards, please send copies of the front of the relevant card separately and we also suggest that you block out the middle six digits on the front of the card. Once received, your documents are digitally stored in a secure environment, which is accessible exclusively to specific specialized security agents. Q. What if a player is not having any valid photo id proof to verify Bingo Account?

Q. Can I request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements of a bonus?

Q. Why was my bonus removed when I requested a withdrawal?

Forfeiting Bonus Money Once a payout is requested, player will forfeit BBs left in their account and the new BBs balance will be equivalent to the remaining "cash balance". Example: Player has £500 cash in account and £250 in BBs. withdraws £400 cash leaving £100 cash in account. BBs will be reduced to £100.

Q. Why it is mandate to verify account for withdrawal not for deposit?
